Ghana must invest in research for development- Israeli ambassador

Israel's transformation into a developed economy is largely attributed to its early focus on research and development. Israel's ambassador to Ghana claims that Israel's success in agriculture can be attributed to the Volcani Center, regional research and development centers and farmer extension services.
